Ducati and Lamborghini are the most exclusive brands that are under the umbrella of Audi, each at the top of its respective production specialty: ultraperformance superbikes and ultraperformance sports cars. The two companies operate within less than 50 miles in that very unique Italian area known as Motor Valley: Ducati in Borgo Panigale, at the outskirts of Bologna, and Lamborghini in Sant’Agata Bolognese, a little closer to Modena. The two have already cooperated to create special editions of two Ducati models: the Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini and Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini. Both numbered editions sold out in a handful of days, underlining the attractiveness of the Ducati-Lamborghini binomial.

Now time has come to create a special Lamborghini edition of the hottest Ducati superbike ever: the latest Panigale V4 S that was introduced last July 2024. The Panigale V4 S has already given life to two, exclusive numbered editions: Tricolore and Tricolore Italia. This new Panigale V4 S is associated to Lamborghini’s latest creation, the Revuelto, a supreme supercar powered by a new 6.5-liter V-12 delivering 825 hp and three electric motors delivering a combined 190 hp for a frightening total of 1015 hp delivered to all four wheels through an eight-speed transmission. The Lamborghini Revuelto blasts from 0 to 62 mph in 2.5 seconds and zooms to past 217 mph, with aerodynamic and chassis dynamics adequate to fully enjoy this enormous potential.

Ducati and Lamborghini styling centers worked together to develop design and graphics that most elegantly associates the new Panigale V4 S with the Revuelto, adding touches of extra grit and aerodynamics.

The Panigale V4 Lamborghini will be produced in a limited run of 630 numbered units and will be the lightest and richly appointed Panigale V4 S. Its exclusivity begins with forged aluminum wheels featuring a design inspired by that of the Revuelto. The supercar also inspires the design of the single-seat tailsection and of the downforce-creating front wings. These wings are made in carbon fiber with exposed fiber threads. Most of the body components of the Panigale V4 Lamborghini are made in carbon fiber, including the complete fairing, the front and rear mudguards, chain guard, heel guard, fork cover, muffler shield, alternator cover, license plate holder, sprocket cover, tank cowl, instrumentation support, and front brake calipers cooling air conveyor.

All these components not only make the bike look more refined, but also bring the weight down to 408 pounds in combination with the high-performance Akrapovič titanium exhaust. The exhaust plays a determinant role in the level of Panigale V4 Lamborghini’s performance, which is the most powerful Panigale V4 at 218.5 hp. To generate that record power, the 1103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 revs to an impressive 13,500 rpm, with 90 lb.-ft. of peak torque delivered at 11,250 rpm.

Special touches abound on the Panigale V4 Lamborghini.Ducati

Chassis features that make the Panigale V4 S one of the most advanced and hot performing superbikes in the class are carried over. Among those are Öhlins NPX-30 pressurized fork and the Öhlins TTX 36 shock absorber, both with Öhlins Smart EC 3.0 control system. Fork triple clamps are machined from billet aluminum, with the model name and sequential number identifying each unit. Additionally the clutch lever, brake lever, footrests, and a plate on the engine declares that this is a “Desmosedici Stradale” engine milled from billet aluminum.

The unique personality of the Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini comes from the exclusive black combined with a very bright grade of green. The seat is exclusive in its special trim that shares the same tissue of the Lamborghini interior.

In addition to the 630 numbered units costing $78,400, the Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini will also come in a further refined edition of just 63 “Speciale Clienti” units reserved to Lamborghini owners who can further personalize the bike with the same color paint as their car for $110,400.

Deliveries of the Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini will start in September 2025.
