MV Agusta Ottantesimo Three-Cylinder Models First Look

All four MV Agusta models powered by its very respectable 800cc three-cylinder engine are involved in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the legendary make. All are offered in limited editions of 500 numbered and highly distinctive units. While the MV Agusta Brutale 1000 Ottantesimo and Brutale 1000 RR Ottantesimo have received very substantial improvements in their technical profile, the 800cc three-cylinder-powered models let their technical execution and graphics talk of exclusivity.

The Brutale RR Ottantesimo comes in iconic colors Rosso Ago and Argento Ago with clean graphics that make the bike look more aggressive. New and very elegant are the three double-spoke cast aluminum wheels.

MV Agusta Dragster RR Ottantesimo underlines its extrovert spirit with its combination of Metallic Carbon Black and Argento Ago graphics that strongly exposes the red cam cover of the engine. The Dragster RR Ottantesimo also adopts the Smart Clutch System, an exclusive technology that ensures heart-stopping acceleration. The front wire wheel is teamed with a cast aluminum rear wheel with carbon fiber cover on the right side.

The F3 RR Ottantesimo strongly affirms MV Agusta’s ties with the Supersport Series and comes in Rosso Ago and Argento Ago in the best of MV Agusta racing tradition. Graphics are sharp and the special kit includes an Akrapovič exhaust system with carbon fiber silencer cover that bumps the power to 155 hp at 13,250 rpm. Fuel tank cap is machined from an aluminum billet and most body parts are exposed carbon fiber.

Superveloce S is a work of styling art in itself and in the Ottantesimo limited edition offers the most exclusive execution ever, with new thin-spoke cast aluminum wheels, a red Alcantara trimmed seat, Brembo 320mm twin-rotor front brake discs with Stylema calipers, a very advanced instrumentation, and the classic-looking Arrow 3-into-3 high-performance exhaust system that boost power to 153 hp.

All models conform to Euro 5+ emission standards, and all sport on their tanks the beautiful vintage MV logo. Pricing and availability are to be announced.
