The Dainese Spencer Gloves are lined and have an uninterrupted goatskin exterior. The cuffs of the Spencer Gloves have a white, fluffy fleece-like lining that can be worn in a turned-out position, held in place with a strap and buckle. Since there’s nothing for the strap and buckle to do if they are not coupled, it’s best to leave them like that and show off the fluffy cuffs. The palm features a double layer of leather, as does the business portion of the thumb. Hidden beneath the leather exterior is mild padding on the backside, plus Techno armor across the knuckles and individual discs of armor for the primary impact zones of each finger. Secure closure is by way of a hook-and-loop strap across the face of the wrist.

The Spencer Gloves are form fitting and resist bunching in the palms. The lining provides even comfort throughout the gloves and eliminates interior seams or edges that might chafe against the wearer’s skin. These gloves provide a moderate amount of armored protection, while maintaining a classic, full-leather exterior. The Spencer Gloves look best with the outer side of the fluffy cuffs strapped back; the wrist closure does well to ensure that the gloves will remain in place.
