The Ducati Diavel 1260 is more than a big-bore, Italian power cruiser—it's a potent roadster with enough sporting capability to hold its own against sport-oriented bikes when the road gets twisty. At its core is a 1,262cc Testastretta DVT V-twin engine that's coupled with a ride-by-wire electronics package. The S model adds top-shelf Ӧhlins suspension components, Brembo M50 calipers, additional electronic features, and 10-spoke rims.
We put the Diavel 1260 S on the Cycle World motorcycle dyno, recording horsepower and torque measurements. Ducati's power cruiser cranked out 138.45 hp at 9,860 rpm and 85.44 pound-feet of torque at 7,770 rpm.
