"Tears on my keyboard for motorcyclings best man, Nicky Hayden. And tears for motorcyling's championship family. Nicky always had time, always had a smile...and always had a fire that caught up those around him. I prayed for him in public with family and friends and in private at the top of a mountain last week. He was a friend and a hero to so many of us, leaving an impression of goodness, realness and earnest hard work. The Lord has gained a good man in Nicky Hayden. I'll miss him and be inspired by him forever."
