Lightning’s intention with the LS-218 is to apply everything it’s learned from racing over the past few years into a production model. The result is a spec sheet that includes everything from billet Brembo brake calipers to Marchesini forged magnesium wheels, an Öhlins TTX36 shock, and IPM liquid-cooled motor that produces 150 kilowatts of power, or around 200 hp and 168 foot-pounds of torque. Multiple battery packs are available for varying ranges.
