RS Taichi was proudly represented, and represented well at the 2017 Daytona 200. The two top finishers, Danny Eslick and Michael Barnes, took first and second respectively in this year's race wearing RS Taichi suits and gloves for 57 tough laps.

This year the race itself took over two hours to complete this year on the 3.15-mile course.

The course has undergone numerous changes over the years, and like the course the protection the riders wear has also adapted to the times. RS Taichi followed suit to meet the constantly intensifying protective needs of riders and has earned the respect and trust of racers worldwide because of their dedication to constantly improving the protective quality of their gear through extensive research and development.
