Video: Inside the 2016 Honda RC213V-S Part 3

See bikes being hand-built in the dedicated workshop

If you checked out our image galleries detailing the technical highlights of Honda's incredible RC213V-S MotoGP replica (check out Part 1 and Part 2 here), you will know that the bikes are hand-built in a dedicated workshop in Honda's Kumamoto workshop at a rate of about one per day.

This four-minute video shows features scenes from that workshop, showing bikes and parts in various stages of assembly. Details of the engine and chassis can be seen, in addition to some of the instruments used in quality-control inspection and jigs used to assemble the frame pieces. The video shows just how little automation is involved in the process, and how much labor goes into each bike. If you weren't impressed by the RC213V-S before, you will be after watching the video.
