This Yamaha YZ125 Powered Shifter Kart Is Pure Madness

I know, I know, this is not a motorcycle. But. BUT, this shifter kart does use a Yamaha YZ125 two-stroke dirt bike engine, so there's a connection somewhere deep down in its rigid-framed roots.

Now, I know it's not uncommon to build karts around a dirt bike engine (I don't know exactly what engines people do generally use—feel free to chime in if you do). Something about the video made it stand out though. Maybe it was the wheelie off the line (:42 mark), the sound, or the drifts around every stinkin' corner.

It's pure awesome, and I figured even you two-wheel-ONLY folks would get a kick out of it.

To everyone else, if you've ever had the chance to drive anything like this, on a track anything like the one in this clip, I'm officially jealous.
